美里有多少失业的外劳?

美里的失业率到底有多少?为何突然偷窃,入屋持刀打抢的案件好象每天都有?干案的人若有一份工作,(这工作不是打抢哦),I mean a proper job,会否令这些案件decrease?It is so saddening that the matter is only getting worse instead of improving.I wonder what the ac tual root is.
