有关当局有哪次在报章的新闻不是用"还有进步的空间"会再接再厉,加强保安....等等的美丽借口来敷衍了事? 他们只会甜言蜜语,做起事情来是没有看头的.
警方办事的效率其差，会觉得头痛证明他还有进步的空间。。
