The authorities always are NATO?

The crime rates in Miri is alarmingly high recently.It seems that the authorities are not concerned at all.Even the YB still is suggesting this measure and that measure,talk only.Why can't stern actions be enforced?To set up more Police stand in different residential are really costly or need many manpower?Immediate actions should be taken to protect the lifes of Mirian.Most of the theft or burglary's victims prefer not to launch police reports as they all feel that such is time wasting and demoralising.You would be asked to refer to this dept and that dept and end up you are exhausted.No confidence with the police force,fake name only.Of course,there are responsible ones around but sad to inform,very few.Miri is more popular than Johore Bahru as far as crime rates is concerned.Shame!
