Life is definitely not a bed of roses;it is full of ups and downs.we have anger,sorrows,sadness.

It is not worth at all if you spend precious time to bother things like "why the boy is so impolite?or the driver wont let you merge into his lane."Smile to him.
(3) Dont try to keep up with others.
If your friend got a new car or your neighbours got a new stereo set,WHO CARES?
(4) Learn how to say"NO"
Give yourself some times to relax,to think and to enjoy peace!
(5) Are you a shoulder for your troubled friend to lean on?
Yes?To certain extent only,pls.If their problems has start to affect your daily routine or mood,stay away .They need to address their own problems and get on with their lives and leave you alone.
(6) Enhance your mood with pets or greenery.
Go to visit plant nursery or pet shop.Fill yourself with vitality and thrills.
(7) Go for hiking and get fresh air.
(8) Invite friends over for simple dinner.Talk about the sweet past and look forward for more friendship.
(9) Smile,smile and smile and the whole world will smile with you.Try it and you will find the difference!
(10) Do some voluntary works.
